An Important Announcement Regarding Vapejoose's PMTA Filing

As many of you may be aware today is the deadline for e-liquid manufacturers to submit PMTA’s (pre-market tobacco applications) to the FDA or face being eliminated from the market. In an effort to prove to the FDA that Vapejoose e-liquid products are less harmful than traditional cigarettes each product that we produce had to submit its own application to include (but not limited to):

• Cover letters with administrative information
• Proof of sales prior to 8/8/2016 including sales records, purchase records for components, social media history, and more
• Good Manufacturing Practices with complete and strict Standard Operating Procedures for the manufacturing of e-liquid
• Youth prevention policy
• Quality commitment standards
• Product description sheets
• Safety data sheets for all components
• Clinical and non-clinical literature research with analysis
• Customer survey data
• Environmental analysis

We are very excited to announce that as of September 2, 2020 our applications for all 871 products we produce have been successfully submitted to the FDA! Our application consisted of 2,819 individual documents totaling over 22,000 pages of information, and is now moving on to the next phase of scientific review by the FDA.

Thanks to your participation in our survey we were able to show the FDA that 97.7% of respondents smoked combustible cigarettes before using vapor products, 93% said they no longer smoke cigarettes as a result of vaping, 89.3% said their goal is to never use tobacco again, and 64.5% said they have tried FDA approved smoking cessation prior to vaping and were not able to quit using tobacco, and 60.2% said that if Vapejoose flavors were removed from the market they would go back to combustible cigarettes.

The results we outlined in our survey reassures us that we are on the right path to defeat combustible smoking products once and for all!
