It has always been, and is still, of the utmost importance that we reward our loyal customers and make sure each and every one of you feels valued and appreciated. Over the years we have had more than one ‘rewards program’ in place. Many of you have taken advantage of these programs and surely earned great rewards from Vapejoose. However since these programs are third party apps, these programs can be difficult to manage, cause headaches and confusion for our customers, and has lead to abuse.
As we continue to navigate the waters of FDA regulations and state laws, we are committed to keeping our prices low and fair. With that said, we must announce that we will be discontinuing the Vapejoose (shopjoose.com) rewards program effective October 31, 2018. Point earnings will stop accumulating on orders placed after October 1, 2018. You have until October 31, 2018 to use your existing points.
Now for some good news! This does not mean there will not be rewards and incentives for your continued loyalty to Vapejoose. We have many other avenues to ensure customers are rewarded with bigger and better sales, unique offers and discounts tailored to your order history and preferences, and more freebies and gifts from us.
