Vapejoose shipping guarantee terms & conditions

To be eligible for same day shipping, orders must be placed before 1pm EST. Orders placed after 1pm EST will have the next business day count as the first day of shipping. Same and next day promises exclude Sundays and Federal Holidays. Guarantee applies only to pack and ship times, and Vapejoose cannot guarantee delivery times. Orders are only eligible for the Shipping Guarantee if they contain complete and valid address information, and are located in the US or are military/APO boxes. To receive the credit, customer must contact the Customer Service department and provide them with their order number, name and address, and account email address. Packages that do not ship due to Force Majeure or Acts of God will not be eligible for a credit.
